Abstract

In order to improve the water environment of the Yellow River Basin, improve the economic level of the city, a coupling development model between the two is built. Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between urban economic growth and the pollution level of water environment in the Yellow River Basin, a coupling development model between them is established. First of all, the geographical environment and urban economy of the Yellow River Basin are analyzed, and on this basis, the total amount control strategy of water environment pollutants and urban economic development are analyzed. On this basis, from the aspects of water pollution load, economic and industrial structure and coupling coordination, the paper analyzes the coupling relationship between total pollutant control and urban economy, so as to realize the coupling development between them. Through the model verification and analysis, it is found that the total amount of water environment pollution in some cities in the Yellow River Basin has been reduced by 77.6% and the per capita income has been increased by about 12%, which shows that the model is of practical significance and can maintain a good development relationship between the two under the application of the model.
