The Three-Dimensional Evolution of Urban Image Environment Innovation Ability—Taking Marine Animal and Plant Protection as an Example

Under the guidance of marine animal and plant protection, a three-dimensional evolution method of urban image environment innovation ability is proposed. Based on the enterprise data provided by the local bureau of industry and commerce of the coastal city, this paper constructs a three-dimensional model of the evolution of the dynamic innovation ability of the urban image environment, which is composed of content dimension, context dimension and process dimension from the perspective of the integration of innovation chain and marine animal and plant protection. It explores the evolution process of the dynamic innovation ability of the urban environment from the aspects of dimension and content dimension, and completes the protection of marine animals and plants. Based on the three-dimensional evolution of the innovation ability of urban image environment guided by conservation, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between the marine economy and the construction of marine ecological civilization, and probes into the practical unity of the coordinated development of the two. The experimental results show that the proposed evolution method can effectively analyze the innovation network development of coastal cities’ marine environment, and realize the transformation from universities and research institutes to universities and large enterprises as the main innovation driving force; The innovation knowledge acquisition of coastal cities’ marine environment is mainly based on the internal cooperation of coastal cities, and the scope of cooperation is gradually increasing. However, 62.21% of the sea water in 2014 still belongs to class IV and class IV, and there are still serious problems of marine pollution.
