Prediction of Ecological Sustainable Development Capacity of Bohai Sea in China Based on DPSIR Model

Abstract


Bohai Sea is one of the three most important marine economic regions in China. Sustainable development is the development trend of marine ecology. The overall prediction of sustainable development ability can accurately grasp its development status. In this paper, the prediction method of ecological sustainable development capacity of Bohai Sea in China based on DPSIR model is proposed. By introducing DPSIR model and combining social economy and natural ecology, the prediction system of ecological sustainable development capacity of Bohai Sea in China is constructed from five aspects of driving force, pressure, state, impact and response, According to the relevant data of China’s Bohai Sea region from 2009 to 2016, the weights of each index are calculated by AHP and entropy method, and the ecological sustainable development index of China’s Bohai Sea is calculated and empirically analyzed. It is found that the social and economic pressure on Bohai Sea is increasing, and the impact of marine disasters is wide and deep. However, the response of management departments to the changes of ecological environment is relatively rapid and effective, and the level of ecological sustainable development of Bohai Sea in China has been continuously improved. Optimizing the structure of marine industry and improving the level of marine science and technology innovation are effective measures to improve the ecological sustainable development capacity of Bohai Sea in China.
